Q. Why is shipping so expensive?

A. Our donuts are heavy. We ship Fedex Express which is 2-3 day shipping. It is by far the cheapest option for shipping for our customers. 

 

Q. Is Shipping guaranteed? 

A. Fedex is great and 2-3 day transit time is what you can expect. There can be instances where shipping can take longer than 2-3 days. We like everyone else cannot guarantee shipping times and refunds will not be given due to shipping delays.

 

Q. Do you offer refrigerated or cooled shipping?

A. WE DO NOT OFFER REFRIDGERATED SHIPPING AT THIS TIME. WE FLASH FREEZE ALL ITEMS AND HEAT SEAL THEM INDIVIDUALLY TO LOCK IN MOISTURE AND FRESHNESS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT DURING WARMER MONTHS PRODUCTS CAN COME THAWED, SOFT WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE. SIMPLY PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE OR FREEZER TO SET BACK UP AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO! PLEASE NOT ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED FOR MELTED CHOCOLATE OR SOFT PRODUCTS. 

 

Q. What sweeteners do you use in your donuts?

A. Our donuts are made with the highest quality ingredients.  Erythritol & Monk Fruit If you have a reaction to sweeteners PLEASE DO NOT try our donuts. 

 

Q. I am not getting a reply to my email. What should I do?

A. Customer service is TOP priority here for us. If you have NOT received a reply within 24 hrs it means we didn't get your message. Please try sending it again or contacting us vis INSTAGRAM DM or FB MESSAGE.

 

Q. When do you restock, everything is sold out?

A. We restock every Sunday until we sell out.

 

Q. What’s the best way to store the desserts? 


A. Shelf Life Information

Unwrapped- 1 Day

On the counter wrapped - 1 Week

In the Fridge wrapped - 2 Weeks

In the Freezer wrapped - Up to 6 Months

Q. What is your ordering/pick up schedule?

A. Our shipping orders are shipped Mon-Wednesday. If you make an order on Thursday or Later in the week your order will be shipped out that following week to ensure freshness.

PICK UP ORDERS HAVE BEEN HAULTED FOR THE TIME BEING DUE TO COVID 19. WE WANT TO ENSURE THE SAFTEY OF OUR CUSTOMERS.

All our pick up orders are open Wednesday for Local pick ups. Our schedule is:

* Ogden UT * 4-4:15pm Winco pkg lot by Jimmy Johns
* Layton UT * 5-5:15pm Hobby Lobby
* Bountiful UT * 5:45-6:00 555 s 200 w Smiths
 

Q. I am trying to order but it won't work, what should I do?

A. If you are trying to order and it won't work its because we have sold out and you will need to wait until orders reopen.

 

Q. I ordered donuts but didn't get a tracking number? I need an update on my order.

A. You will be sent an email with an attached tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. If you don't see it check your spam. If you still don't see it please let us know and we will be happy to help you. 

 

Q. I ordered donuts but don't know when they will be delivered? When should I expect my delivery?

A. We  ship all of our Desserts Mon-Wednesday

 

Q. My tracking # says its unavailable what does that mean?

A. Fedex can take up to 12 hrs to update tracking information once shipped. If we have NOT emailed you directly about your order being delayed they are on their way to you.

 

Q. Do you ship worldwide?

A. No. We only ship within the U.S.

 

Q. Do you offer expedited shipping?

A. Yes upon request, the customer is responsible for the cost of express shipping.

 

Q. I shipped my donuts to my office but my shipment won't be there until Saturday, will they stay good?

A. Please ship to your home. We cannot be held responsible for when packages arrive. Please plan accordingly. They will not keep in warm or hot weather if left outside. 

 

Q. Where are all of your pick up locations?

A. We only have a local Logan pick up location during the winter. In spring we are opening up a BUNCH of locations in the Ogden, Bountiful, SLC area.

 

Q. Do you ship out of state?

A. Yes, we sure do :)

  

Q. What's the best way to eat our donuts?

A. Any way you like! They are great cold but warming them up in the microwave for 5-10 seconds will make them soooo gooey and even more delicious.

 

Q. Where do you bake the donuts?

A. We have a commercial kitchen here in Logan that we bake them in.

 

Q. Are they baked or fried?

A. All of our donuts are baked.

 

Q. Do your donuts contain nuts?

A. A couple of our donut flavors do contain peanuts and other tree nuts. Please check the flavors before ordering.

 

Q. Can you customize my order?

A. Not at this time. We cannot customize orders in sample packs, 6 packs, etc.

 

Q. Do your donuts have dairy?

A. They include butter and some do include cream so if you are sensitive to trace amounts of milk our donuts will not work for you.

 

Q. Do you list your total carbs or just net carbs?

A. We break all of our recipes down into both for you, you can find all of that information on the flavors and nutritional information tab. 

 

Q. What kind of oil do you use in your donuts?

A. We only use organic high-quality coconut oil in our donuts.

 

Q. What kind of flour do you use in your donuts?

A. We use both coconut & almond flour. If you have an allergy to one or the other check out our flavor & nutritional page for a breakdown of flavors and ingredients. 

 

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are based in Logan and have a local pick up location in Nibley.

 

Q. Is there anywhere else I can get your donuts?

A. House of POP in Smithfield Logan and Preston Idaho as well as Nektar here in Logan.
